Bgreen Food Traditional Tamari is made with 100% organic soybeans, never wheat. Our Tamari is aged for 12 months in handcrafted wooden barrels, you'll notice the richer Unami flavor notes compared to regular soy sauce. Our Tamari is Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher, and Certified Organic by BCS and the USDA.
Our factory cultivates its own fermentation culture, known as Zhi Qu, that gives our Special Reserve Tamari Soy Sauce a rich, delectable flavor that enhances any type of cuisine. Our fermentation Qu Zhong is a family heirloom. This method dates back 2,000 years and is the only one with this unique Unami flavor in the world.
