Ingredients

1 serving Bgreen Food Organic Millet Pasta
- I cup Organic Peas

1 large bunch (about 1 pound) fresh asparagus
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup Edamame
- 2 tablespoon Organic Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Furikake Seasoning
- 1 Organic Egg
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Soft boil the egg, and set it aside to cool.

Cook Bgreen Organic Millet Pasta according to the instruction on the back of the package. Rinse it with cold water to give it a firm texture.

Prepare another pot of boiling water to boil the the Edamame and Organic Peas. Boil the vegetable and set them aside to cool.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the asparagus on the sheet and drizzle with 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil, just enough to lightly coat the asparagus. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the asparagus.Bake just until the base of the asparagus is easily pierced through by a fork.
- Assemble the dish together, and with a pinch of salt, veggie millet pasta bowl is ready to be served!
Chef's Notes:
With the delicious Organic Millet Pasta, the veggie Millet Pasta Bowl does not need a lot of spices. If you are up for a clean, neat, veggie bowl, this is definitely for you!
Boiled asparagus is also a substitution for roasted asparagus if you wish for a lighter taste!
